• The package price is subject to 21% of government tax and service charge
• The package is valid until 31 March 2009
• The package is valid for double occupancy (two persons)
• Benefits not taken of, will not be redeemable
• Extension night at USD 475 ++/night inclusive of breakfast, and subject to 21% of government tax and service charge
• Special promotional rate for 3 nights Honeymoon Package at One-bedroom Royal Courtyard Villa at US $ 1,650++ and extention night rate at US $ 500++/night
• 3 nights Honeymoon in Paradise package available at Royal Pavilion Villa at US $ 2,210++ and extention night rate at US $ 680++/night.
• Additional high season surcharge at US $ 30++/villa/night for the following periods: 1 July - 30 September 2008 and 20 December - 5 January 2009
• Any cancellation made within 30 days (for low season) & 45 days (for high seasons)  prior to arrival is subject to 50% of the package rate. Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival and No show are subject to 100% of the total amount of the package
